BMW Assist The data relevant for service are transmitted. Your BMW center will contact you to set up an appointment for service. Information service* When you call the information service of BMW Assist, you can, for example, obtain information on current events, filling stations or hotels and have their phone numbers and addresses transmitted. Reservations can be made at many hotels directly by the BMW information service. The information service must be enabled separately by the BMW Assist Response Center. Contacting BMW Customer Relations For information on all aspects of your vehicle, you can contact BMW Customer Relations. 1. Press the button. This opens the start menu. 2. Move the controller forwards to select "Communication". 3. Change to upper field if necessary. Turn the controller until "BMW Assist" is selected and press the controller. Calling up information 1. Contacting BMW Customer Relations
For information on all aspects of your vehicle,
you can contact BMW Customer Relations.
1.
Press the
button.
This opens the start menu.
2.
Move the controller forwards to select
"Communication".
3.
Change to upper field if necessary. Turn the
controller until "BMW Assist" is selected
and press the controller.
4.
Select "Customer Relations".
5.
Press the controller.
6.
Select "Start service" and press the con-
troller.
You are connected to BMW Customer Rela-
tions by the BMW Assist Response Center.
