Instant Alarm When the button with the horn symbol on the key transmitter is pressed, the horn will sound and the headlamps and taillamps will flash for up two to minutes. This can be turned off by pressing the instant alarm again, unlocking the vehicle with a key or by turning the ignitionon. Security Feedback ' This provides feedback to the driver when the vehicle key receives a command from the transmitter. The following modesmay be selected: Mode Security Feedback 0 1 If only the instant alarm works, thetrasmitter needs to be resynchronizedto the receiver: Do this by pressing and holding both the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons about for eight seconds.You must be withinrange of the vehicle. Once the transmitter been resynchronized, the horn has will chrrp and the exterior lampswill flash once. The system should now operate properly.
