Shoulder Belt Height Adjuster When you move a front seat head restraint, the shoulder belt height changes. "Head Restraints" in the Index. See @ What's wrong with this? You can be seriously hurt if your shoulc r belt is too loose. In a crash, you would move forward too much, which could increase injury. The shoulder belt should fit against your body. A: The shoulder belt is too loose. Itwon't give nearly as much protection this way.
