Turn Signal and Lane Change Indicator An arrow on the instrument panel will flash in the direction of the turn or lane change. If your vehcle is equipped with the Head-Up Display (HUD), an arrow will also appear in the display areato indicate the direction of the turn or lane change. To signal a lane change, just or lower the lever raise until the arrow starts to flash. Hold it there until you complete your lane change. The lever return by will itself when yourelease it. The turnsignal has two upward (for right) and two downward (for left) positions. These positionsallow you to signal a turn or a lane change. To signal a turn, move the leverall the way up or down. When the turnis finished, the leverwill return automatically. As you signal a turn or a lane change, arrows flash if the at twice the normal rate, may indicate that a signal this bulb may be burned out and other drivers won't see your turn signal. 2-35
