THEFT SYSTEM PROBLEM/CAR MAY NOT RESTART This message means there is atroblem in the Personalized Automotive Security System (PASS Key I1 ). PASS Key I1 TM will prevent the vehicle from restarting if it is turned off,so you should take the vehicle to a proper service center before turning the engine off.
