Storing a Flat or Spare Tire and Tools Follow this diagram to store a tire that doesn't have an aluminum wheel. I - I Storing a jack, a tire or other equipment in the passenger compartmentof the vehicle could cause injury.In a sudden stop or collision, loose equipment could strike someone.
