Top Strap If your child restraint has a top strap, it should be anchored. Ifyou have a two-door model, don't use a restraint like that in your vehicle because the top strap anchor cannotbe installed properly. You shouldn't use this typeof restraint without anchoring top strap. the If your vehicle is a four-door model andyou need to have an anchor installed, can ask your dealer to put you one in for you. If you want to install an anchor yourself, your dealer can tell how to doit. Use the tether you hardware kit available from the dealer.
