136 INSTRUMENTS AND CONTROLS Release the buttons when the light in the indicator (D) begins to flash after 20 seconds. A - Universal Transceiver button 1 B - Universal Transceiver button 2 C - Universal Transceiver button 3 D - Indicator light 3. Choose one of the three buttons to train. Place the hand held transmitter 1 to 3 inches from the universal transceiver while keeping its indicator light in view. F21A0110 F21A0100 4. Using both hands, press the hand held transmitter button and the desired universal transceiver button. Do not release the buttons until step 5 has been completed. NOTE: • Step 2 does not have to be followed to program additional hand held transmitters (E).
