Locking the doors with the remote entry system To lock all the doors, press the LOCK button. If you would like a signal that the doors are being locked, press the LOCK button again within five seconds. The door will lock again, the horn will beep, and the external lamps will flash. Remote entry personal alarm If you wish to activate the remote entry system personal alarm, press the PANIC button. This will honk the horn and flash the lights for approximately 2 minutes 45 seconds. You can turn it OFF by pressing the PANIC button again from the same transmitter or by turning the ignition to the ON or ACCESSORY position. When you use the remote entry UNLOCK or PANIC buttons, the illuminated entry system turns on the vehicle's interior lights for 25 seconds. You can turn these lights off with the remote entry LOCK button or by turning the ignition to the ON or ACCESSORY position. 113
