Maintenance and Specifications • 3.0L DOHC V6 Duratec engine 6. Wipe the indicator clean. Insert the indicator fully, then remove it again. On 2.3L I4 engine, be sure the notch in the indicator flange is aligned with the V on the engine when reinserting it. • 2.3L I4 engine • 3.0L DOHC V6 Duratec engine •If the oil level is within this range, the oil level is acceptable.
