Heated Seats Your vehicle may have heated front seats. The buttons used to control this feature are located on the front door armrests. The engine must be running for the heated seat feature to work. Rear Seat Operation Your vehicle may have a folding rear seat which lets you fold the seatbacks down for more cargo space. Adjust your head restraint so that the top of the restraint is closest to the top of your of the way. Belts Safety Belts: They Are for Everyone This part of the manual tells you how to use safety belts properly. Use During Pregnancy Safety belts work for everyone, including pregnant women. Like all occupants, they are more likely to be seriously injured if they don't wear safety belts. Right Front Passenger Position To learn how to wear the right front passenger's safety belt properly, see Driver Position on page 1-14. Children Q: What is the proper way to wear safety belts? A: If possible, an older child should wear a lap-shoulder belt and get the additional restraint a shoulder belt can provide.
