09/07/30 11:02:47 31SWA630_112 Seats When any seat-back is folded down, do not use the dual deck cargo shelf (if equipped). Make sure all items in the cargo area are secured. Loose items can fly forward and cause injury if you have to brake hard (See Carrying Cargo on page 304 ). Folding the Rear Seat Forward 2. Follow steps 1 through 4 on pages 105 and 106 for folding down the seat-back. Lower the center seat-back before folding the passenger's side seat forward. Instruments and Controls SLIDE BARS The left and right rear seats can be folded up separately to make room for cargo. Remove any items from the seat before you fold up the seat cushion. To fold the rear seat forward: 1. Pull up the bar under the seat cushion and slide the rear seat backward. The rear seat will not fold forward unless it is as far back as it will go. CONTINUED 107
