Rear Reading Lamps Mirrors Inside Day/Night Manual Rearview Mirror To turn on the reading lamp when the door is closed, slide the switch up. Slide it down to turn off the lamp. Inadvertent Load Protection This feature shuts off the courtesy, reading, trunk, glove box and visor vanity mirrorlamps if any are left on for more than 10 minutes when the ignition is OFF. This will keep your battery from running down. When you are sitting in a comfortable driving position, adjust the mirrorso you can see clearly behind your car. Grip the mirror in the center to moveit up or down and side to side. The day-night adjustment allows you to adjust the mirrorto avoid glare from the headlamps behind you. Pull the forward for daytime use. Push it tab back for night use.
