CAUTION S When using a forward-facing child restraint system, move the driver and passenger seats as far back as possible, set both seatbacks to the same angle as the back of the child restraint system, set both seat cushions at the same height and make sure your driving position is satisfactory. With the child restraint system installed, check that your driving position is satisfactory and that the child restraint system does not interfere with your driving. If your driving position is not satisfactory, or the child restraint system interferes with your driving, install it at another position. S Ignoring the above instructions may result in a serious injury in case of on accident. S Only when it is unavoidable should a forward-facing child restraint system be used on the front seat. Always move the seat as far back as possible because the force of deploying airbag would cause serious injury to the child. When installing a child restraint system in the front seat center position, move the driver and passenger seats as far back as possible, set both seatbacks to the same angle as the back of the child restraint system, and set both seat cushions at the same height so that the child restraint system is securely restrained. 54
