01_SEQUOIA_U (L/O 0009) Same angle Same position CAUTION D Do not put a rear−facing child restraint system in the second (or third) seat if it interferes with the lock mechanism of the front (or second) seats. This can cause severe injury to the child and passengers in front (or second) seats in case of sudden braking or a collision. D When installing a child restraint system in the third seat center position, adjust both seat cushions to the same position and align both seatbacks at the same angle. Otherwise, the child restraint system cannot be securely restrained and this may cause serious injuries in a collision. D Never put a rear −facing child restraint system in the front passenger seat because the force of the rapid inflation of the front passenger airbag can cause death or serious injury to the child. D If your driving position is not satisfactory, do not install the child restraint system on the second left seat. 86 2001 SEQUOIA (OM34414U)
