'01 Tacoma U (L/O 0009) Double cab with rear seat- 1. Remove the head restraint (outside position only). 2. Pull the seatback release lever and swing the seatback forward slightly, then latch the hook onto the anchor bracket. Return the seatback to upright position, then tighten the top strap. 3. Fix the child restraint system with the seat belt. Replace the head restraint (outside position only).
