REPLACING THE BATTERY For replacement, use a lithium battery CR1616 and a special screwdriver. D Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. CAUTION Special care should be taken that small children do not swallow the removed battery or components. NOTICE z When replacing the terminal battery, be careful not to lose the components. z Replace only with the same or equivalent type recommended by a Toyota dealer. z Dispose of used battery according to the local laws. Replace the battery by the following procedures: 1. Remove the screw, and then the cover.
