'05 Rav4_U (L/O 0409) Head restraints CAUTION Seat heaters D Adjust the center of the head restraint so that it is closest to the top of your ears. D After adjusting the head restraint, make sure it is locked in position. D Do not drive with the head restraints removed. For your safety and comfort, adjust the head restraint before driving. To raise: Pull it up. To lower: Push it down while pressing the lock release button. The head restraint is most effective when it is close to your head. Therefore, using a cushion on the seatback is not recommended. To turn on the seat heater, push the switches ("L" switch for the left front seat and "R" switch for the right front seat). At this time, the indicator light on either side of each switch will illuminate to indicate the seat heater is operating. The seat heater switches have the following positions. "HI"-High heating temperature "LO"-Low heating temperature The key must be in the "ON" position to operate seat heaters. Pushing lightly on the opposite side will turn it off. 43 2005 RAV4 from Sep.
