Check X301 14.318MHz clock input to I305 pin33 and 34 at TTL level. NG OK Failure Point 1) Printed wire broke between X301 and I305 pin33, 34. 2) C371, C375 short or open. 3) X301 failure. Check I305 pin32 HWRESET signal is low level at normal operation. NG OK Failure Point 1) Printed wire broke between I305 pin32 and I307 pin23. 2) R410, R380 open. 3) I307 failure.
