Removing the CPU Fan Module 1. See "Removing the Battery Pack" on page 48. 2. Remove the Mainboard. See "Removing the Mainboard" on page 85. 3. Turn the Mainboard right side up, and place it on a clean surface. 4. Using tweezers, grip the cable connector and disconnect the Fan cable from the Mainboard. IMPORTANT:Do not grip the cable itself to prevent stripping. 5. Loosen the four captive screws from the heatsink. 86 Chapter 3
