4. Pull the carrier out of the drive bay. 5. Place the HDD carrier on a clean, static-free network surface. 6. If you are replacing a hard disk, remove the four screws (A) that secure the hard disk to the carrier. Screw (Quantity) HDD carrier screw (4) Color Silver 7. Remove the disk from the carrier. Torque 3.5 to 4.5 kgf-cm Part No. N/A 8. Keep the screws for later installation. Chapter 3 33
