First / Second / Third Boot Device Use this three items to select the priority and order of the devices that your system searches for an operating system when the system is powering on. Boot Other Device When enabled, the system searches all other possible locations for an operating system if it fails to find one in the devices specified under the First, Second, and Third boot devices. Boot Up Floppy Seek This item controls whether the BIOS checks for a floppy drive while booting up. Boot Up NumLock Status This item defines if the keyboard NumLock key is active when your system is booted. Gate A20 Option This item defines how the system handles legacy software that was written for an earlier generation of processors. Set this item for the default value. Typematic Rate Setting If this item is enabled, you can use the following two items to set the Typematic Rate and the Typematic Delay settings for the keyboard.
