your own CDs The DVA-5210 plays DVD Video, Video CD, Audio CD and has a built in MP3/WMA decoder. The following information is designed to help you create your own music CDs (either Audio CD or MP3/WMA encoded CD-R/ RW files). What is the difference between an Audio and MP3/WMA CD? Playback The DVA-5210 will play back MP3/WMA files stored on CD-ROMs, CD-Rs, and CD-RWs. MP3/WMA playback information (folder no., file no., tag information, etc.) will be displayed on the monitor during playback. • The CD-player can play discs containing audio data, MP3 data and WMA data. • For MP3 - Alpine 5210 | Operating Instructions - Page 16

Formats supported This device supports CD-ROM XA, Mixed Mode CD, Enhanced CD (CD-Extra CDs, WAVE (AIFF) files, and other sound files into the specified audio compression format.
