Bissell Swiffer™ BISSELL® STEAMBOOST™ Steam Mop 6639 Warranty

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights

which

may vary from state to state, province to province and country to country.

We are committed to keeping you satisfied. Subject to the EXCLUSIONS AND

LIMITATIONS identified below, Swiffer BISSELL STEAMBOOST

warrants for one full year, to the original retail owner, that their appliance will be free of defects that are due to faulty material or

workmanship. If the Swiffer BISSELL STEAMBOOST should be defective and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our

option replace the device or defective part free of charge.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The Swiffer BISSELL STEAMBOOST one year limited warranty applies to product used for personal, and not commercial or rental service. This

warranty does not apply to routine maintenance components such as cleaning pads. This warranty shall terminate and be of no further effect

one year after the date of the original retail sale. The warranty is invalid if the appliance is not used as outlined in the User’s Guide, including,

but not limited to:

•

Damage or malfunction caused by negligence, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or not maintained as reasonable or necessary;

•

Modified, altered or used as part of any configuration not endorsed by Swiffer or BISSELL.

•

Used in conjunction with any refills or parts not manufactured or endorsed by Swiffer or BISSELL, specifically for this device.

•

Used to cause incidental or consequential damage to personal property resulting from misuse or possible defects with this device.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BISSELL OR SWIFFER ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE

ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. BISSELL’s AND/OR SWIFFER’s LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion

may not apply to you.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH MAY ARISE

BY OPERATION OF LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE

YEAR DURATION FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

If after following the instructions in the User’s Guide, you are certain that the appliance is defective, call us immediately at 1-800-611-2583 for

further instructions. Be sure to have available a complete description of the problem, proof of purchase, your name, address and telephone

number.
