(The Bluetooth® indicator will glow purple.) • Make sure the device's Bluetooth volume is turned up and not muted. • Make sure the streaming audio source is on and playing. • Move the device closer to the headset. • Try another streaming audio application. • Turn the phone power off, then on again. 24
