Adjust the paper guides at the right-hand side and back of the paper cassette to match the paper size you want to load. Make sure that the tips of the paper guides fit into the slots correctly. Select Duplex Printing mode in the Advanced tab, make sure that 'Use Duplex Unit' has been selected, and then click the OK button.
