s Maintaining the memorized settings Memorized settings can be renamed or deleted. To rename or delete memorized settings: 1 On the Options drop-down menu, click "Memorize" Maintenance. The "Memorize" Maintenance dialog box appears. Figure 113 2 In the Select a category box, select the category for the type of memorized settings that you wish to change. 3 In the Select a name box, select the name of the memorized settings that you wish to change. 4 Do either of the following: x To rename the selected memorized settings, click the Rename button. The Rename dialog box appears. Type the new name in the Enter the new name box, and then click the OK button. x To delete the selected memorized settings, click the Delete button. When the message Are you sure you want to delete this memorized item? appears, click the Yes button. 79

Maintaining
the memorized settings
Memorized settings can be renamed or deleted.
To rename or delete memorized settings:

On the
Options
drop-down menu, click
“Memorize” Maintenance
. The
“Memorize” Maintenance
dialog box
appears.

box, select the category for the type of memorized settings that you wish to change.

box, select the name of the memorized settings that you wish to change.

Do either of the following:

button. When the message
