PAPER SIZE SETUP Menu Selections - These settings appear if Cassette #2 was installed and set to ON. CASSETTE #1 CASSETTE #2 CASSETTE USAGE 2. DATE/TIME - 3. STATION ID - 4. VOLUME 1. RING 2. BEEPER 3. SPEAKER 4. HANDSET 5. VOLUME AMPLIFY Options Descriptions Page LETTER LEGAL Selects size of paper for received faxes. 4-1 A4 - - LETTER/ LEGAL/A4 FOR FAX AUTO/ CASSETTE #1 4-2 FOR COPY ONLY/ CASSETTE #2 ONLY Enter date and time - for the LCD display and heading on fax 4-2 transmissions. FAX TEL NAME Program your name, fax number and telephone number to appear 4-3 on each transmitted page. OFF Adjusts ring LOW MED volume. 4-5 HIGH OFF LOW Adjusts beeper volume. 4-5 HIGH OFF LOW MED HIGH Adjusts speaker volume. 4-5 LOW HIGH Adjusts handset volume. 4-6 ON For the hearing- (PERMANENT/ impaired, you can set TEMPORARY) the volume to the VOL AMPLIFY:ON 4-7 setting on a permanent OFF or temporary basis.
