Control Panel Overview FAX-4100e, FAX-4750e and FAX-5750e have the same control panel keys. 3 2 1 13 14 15 16 12 4 5 67 8 9 10 11 1 Toner Empty Icon The Toner icon flashes on and off when toner is low, so you'll know to order another toner cartridge. You will be able to print until the indicator stays on. 2 LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) Displays messages to help you set up and operate your machine. 3 Programming Keys: Menu Lets you access the Menu and Programming mode. Set Stores a menu setting in the machine. Also use for sending one fax to multiple numbers. (Left Arrow) (Right Arrow) Moves the LCD cursor through text and options. Clear Deletes entered data or backs up one step in Menu table. 4 One Touch Dial Keys These 16 keys give you instant access to previously stored phone numbers. 5 Shift To access memory locations 17 through 32 in the One Touch keys, hold down the Shift key. 6 Telephone Keys: Hook Lets you dial telephone and fax numbers without lifting the handset. Hold Lets you place calls on hold. Redial/Pause Redials the last number called. Also inserts a pause in autodial numbers. 7 Search/Speed Dial Lets you look up numbers stored in the dialing memory. Control Panel Overview
FAX-4100e, FAX-4750e and FAX-5750e have the same control panel keys.

Toner Empty Icon
The Toner icon flashes on and off when
toner is low, so you’ll know to order
another toner cartridge.
You will be
able to print until the indicator stays on.

LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)
Displays messages to help you set up
and operate your machine.

Programming Keys:
Menu
Lets you access the Menu and
Programming mode.
Set
Stores a menu setting in the machine.
Also use for sending one fax to multiple
numbers.
