Extracting Still Images from Movies (Windows XP Only) You can extract still images from movies and save them as image files. 1 Click [Export] in the Main Window. 2 Click [Extract frames from a movie]. Saving on CD-R/RW Disks (Windows XP Only) You can copy and save images to CD-R or CD-RW disks.
