Troubleshooting Guide If there is a problem, first refer to this Troubleshooting Guide. If this Troubleshooting Guide does not resolve the problem, contact your dealer or nearest Canon Service Center. Power Source The camera does not operate even when the power switch is set to . The battery is not installed in the camera. (p.26) If the power lamp does not light, recharge the battery. (p.24) Make sure the battery compartment cover is closed.
