Troubleshooting When Error Indicators Appear When something unusual happens to the copier unit, or if there is a paper jam, an error indicator, letters and/or numbers will light up or flash in the error message indicator on the control panel. Troubleshooting What to Do If You Suspect There is a Malfunction If you suspect there is a malfunction with your copier, before calling a service representative, check the list below to see if you can solve the problem yourself.
