3 Prepare a replacement FINE Cartridge. * (1) * To the Cartridge Holder. (1) Unpack a new FINE Cartridge and remove the Protective Tape. Important z Do not reattach the Protective Tape once you have removed it. z Handle the removed Protective Tape carefully to avoid getting your hands dirty or staining the surrounding work area once you have removed it. z Once the Protective Tape is removed, do not touch the gold terminals of the FINE Cartridge or its nozzles. The machine may not print out properly if you touch the terminals. (1) (2) (1) Gold terminal (2) Nozzle 4 Insert the new FINE Cartridge. Black FINE Cartridges should be installed into the left holder (B) and Color FINE Cartridges should go into the right holder (C). (1) (1) Insert a new FINE Cartridge on a slight tilt. Prepare a replacement FINE Cartridge.
* To the Cartridge Holder.
(1)
Unpack a new FINE Cartridge and remove the Protective Tape.

Insert the new FINE Cartridge.
Black FINE Cartridges should be installed into the left holder (B) and Color FINE Cartridges
should go into the right holder (C).

Insert a new FINE Cartridge on a slight tilt.
(2)
Push the FINE Cartridge up until it clicks into place.
Important
Do not reattach the Protective Tape once you have removed it.
Handle the removed Protective Tape carefully to avoid getting your
hands dirty or staining the surrounding work area once you have
removed it.
Once the Protective Tape is removed, do not touch the gold terminals
of the FINE Cartridge or its nozzles. The machine may not print out
properly if you touch the terminals.
