Let's Print Preparing Your Ink Cassette/Paper Sets and Paper Cassette Since there are several kinds of sets (including the separately sold sets), please make sure you are using the right ink cassette, paper and paper cassette. Troubleshooting If the printer does not seem to be working properly, run through the checks below to see if you can identify and correct the problem. If you are not able to solve the problem, please call your dealer or contact a Canon Customer Support help desk for assistance. Problem .
