Special Scene Recording Programs and Programmed AE Recording in a very bright ski resort or capturing the full colors of a sunset or a fireworks display becomes as easy as selecting a Special Scene recording program. On the other hand, you can select the Programmed AE (AE: auto exposure) recording program. With this recording program, the camcorder automatically adjusts the shutter speed and aperture while you are able to adjust the other settings. Operating modes: [FUNC.] > [Rec. Programs] > [ú SCN: Portait]* > Desired recording program > [X] * To set the Programmed AE recording program, select [' Programmed AE] instead and then touch [X].
