If <RESTRICT NEW ADD.> is set to <ON>, you cannot specify fax
numbers using

sure that <RESTRICT NEW ADD.> is set to <OFF>. (See

select <E-MAIL:B&W> or <E-MAIL:
COLOR>, then press [OK].
