Make sure to set the following items first: For Scanning Documents to a Computer Connected with USB Cable ˔ USB scanner driver Install the USB scanner driver for scanning via USB. For Scanning Documents from a Networked Computer ˔ Network settings Set the network settings to enable your machine to communicate over the network.
