I File Memory The term "file memory" in this manual is a general term that refers to the location where your camera is currently storing the images you record. BASIC IMAGE RECORDING Using the Optical Viewfinder You can conserve battery power by turning off the camera's monitor screen (page 34) and using the optical viewfinder to compose images.
