Control Access to the Gateway Access Restrictions > Basic Rules Access restrictions allow you to block or allow specific kinds of Internet usage and traffic, such as Internet access, designated applications, websites, and inbound traffic during specific days and times. The Access Restrictions Basic Rules page allows you to configure parental controls on the residential gateway, and to monitor the individuals who are authorized to set parental controls.
