Zone set activation is not from switch with IVR and iSLB enabled. Another zone set activation is in progress. Zoning database is locked because a configuration is pending. Solution Enable CFS distribution for iSLB to share load across multiple switches. Use the islb distribute CLI command on each switch in the fabric. Activate the zone set from a switch that has IVR and iSLB enabled. Use the islb zoneset activate CLI command. Only one zoning related action can occur at the same time (zone, IVR zone, or iSLB zone configuration or activation). Wait until the zone set activation completes and then retry the iSLB zone set activation. Use the show islb status, islb commit, or islb abort CLI command to view the status, to commit the changes or to discard the changes, respectively.
