Using Basic Phone Functions Using Mute (Cisco SPA 303) 3 Using Mute (Cisco SPA 303) When Mute is enabled, you can hear other parties on a call, but they cannot hear you. You can use this feature on the handset, speakerphone, or headset. • To toggle Mute on: Press the Mute button. The LED is lit. • To toggle Mute off: Press the lit Mute button. Using Mute (Cisco SPA 303)
When Mute is enabled, you can hear other parties on a call, but they cannot hear
you. You can use this feature on the handset, speakerphone, or headset.
To toggle Mute on: Press the
Mute
button. The LED is lit.
To toggle Mute off: Press the lit

button.
Ignoring an Incoming Call When You Are on a Call
Ending a Call
To end a call:
Press the
EndCall
button (Cisco SPA 303).
If you are using the handset, hang up.
