Ensure that the power cord is securely connected to the unit and the proper wall outlet. Ensure that the voltage selector has been set properly (110V or 220V). The device does not play. Moisture may have condensed inside the player. Remove the disc and leave the player on for 1-2 hours and then try again. There is no sound. Ensure that the speaker connections are secure and correct.
