Section 3 - Configuration DHCP Server The DNS-321 can be used as a DHCP Server. As a DHCP server, it can be used to serve IP addresses to devices on your local network. However, this feature should not be enabled if you already have a DHCP server, such as a router on your local network. DHCP Server Enable or Disable the DNS-321 DHCP Server. Starting IP Enter the starting IP address for the Address range of addresses assigned by the DHCP server. Ending IP Enter the ending IP address for the Address range of addresses assigned by the DHCP server. Lease Time Set the duration of time that an IP address will remain assigned to a device.
