Select "Change Resolution & Format" to change the display settings. The current settings are shown in gray text. Select a language from options listed. Not all programs have alternate languages. On Standard-Definition DVRs, press the YELLOW button on your remote and then select "Audio Options". Parental Controls Select "Parental" to quickly lock or unlock your receiver. You can also customize your parental controls settings by selecting "Parental Controls". For more information on parental controls settings, see the "Parental Controls" section later in this chapter.
