End Time Recurrence Sets the end time of the available time period for the Print, Copy, Fax, and Scan services. Sets the day of the week to repeat the setting. Secure Job Expiration NOTE: Secure Job Expiration feature is available only when the optional 512 MB memory module is installed. Purpose: To specify the date and time to delete the files stored as Secure Print in the RAM disk. Values: Expiration Mode Allows you to set the date to delete the files stored as Secure Print in the optional 512 MB memory module. Expiration Time Sets the time to delete the files stored as Secure Print in the optional 512 MB memory module. Recurrence Sets the period to repeat the setting. Weekly Settings Sets the day of the week to repeat the setting. Monthly Settings Sets the day of the month to repeat the setting. Copy Defaults Purpose: To create your own default Copy settings. Values: Color Select Tray SSF Paper Size SSF Paper Type Collated Reduce/Enlarge Sets whether to print in color or in black and white. Sets the default input tray. Sets the size of paper loaded in the single sheet feeder. Sets the type of paper loaded in the single sheet feeder. Sets whether to sort a copy job. Sets the default reduction/enlargement ratio.
