Select User ID Enter the password you specified on the printer driver. All Print and Deletes all documents from print Documents*1 Delete memory after printing them. Print Prints all documents and saves them in memory. Delete document n*2 Print and Delete Deletes all documents from print memory. Deletes the specified document from print memory after printing it. Print Prints the specified document and saves it in memory. Delete Deletes the specified document from print memory. *1 This item is available only when the multiple print jobs are stored. *2 The document name is displayed. The save date and time are displayed if the document name is not specified. Public Mail Box NOTE: Public Mail Box feature is available only when RAM disk is set to Enable.
