1.
Press the Menu Button and press

until you come to Network/Ports
and press the “Check Mark”.
2.
Press the

until you get Network Menu and press the “Check
Mark”.
3.
Press the
→
until you get Network Setup and press the “Check
Mark”.
4.
Press the
→
until TCP/IP shows up and press the “Check Mark”.
5.
Use the
→
to get to Activate and press the “Check Mark” to make
sure that it has been activated.
6.
Use the
→
to go to IP Address and press the “Check Mark’.
7.
You will use the
←
and
→
to change the numbers to the proper IP.
Press the “Check Mark” to go to the next set of numbers and
complete.
8.
Press the
→
until you get Subnet Mask and press the “Check Mark”.
Set the Subnet Mask to 255.255.255.0.
9.
Press the

until you get Gateway and press the “Check Mark”.
Enter the proper gateway and press the “Check Mark” to get the
printer to display that it is saving the settings.
10.Press the Back Button Until you get to Admin Menu.
11.
Press the

and go to Setup & press “Check Mark”.
12.
Press the

to go to PCL Emul Menu and press the “Check Mark”.
13.
Press the

to go to PCL Emulation Settings and press the “Check
Mark”.
14.
Press the

to go to Auto CR after LF and press the “Check Mark”.
15.
Press the

to change it to on and press the check mark.
16.Hit back until the printer is online.
