Port Settings Purpose: To enable or disable printing connectors and management protocol features. NOTE: The settings in the Port Settings page will be valid only when the printer is rebooted. When you change or configure the settings, click Apply new settings to apply the new settings. NOTE: Values marked by an asterisk (*) are the factory default menu settings. Values: Ethernet*1 Ethernet Settings Auto* Detects Ethernet transmission rate and the duplex settings automatically. 10Base-T Half-Duplex Selects 10Base-T Half-Duplex as the default value. 10Base-T Full-Duplex Selects 10Base-T Full-Duplex as the default value. 100Base-TX Half-Duplex Selects 100Base-TX Half-Duplex as the default value. 100Base-TX Full-Duplex Selects 100Base-TX Full-Duplex as the default value. Current Ethernet Settings Displays the current settings of Ethernet. MAC Address Displays the MAC address of the printer. Port Status LPD Specifies whether to enable LPD. Port9100 Specifies whether to enable Port9100. E-Mail Alert Specifies whether to enable the E-Mail Alert feature. SNMP Specifies whether to enable the SNMP. WSD Specifies whether to enable the WSD port. Bonjour (mDNS) Specifies whether to enable the Bonjour (mDNS) feature.
