1. Open the printer cover. 2. Remove the toner cartridge (it may be warm). NOTE: The photoconductor drum on the bottom of the toner cartridge may be damaged if it is exposed to light. Cover the cartridge or store it in a clean, dark place if you take it out of the printer for an extended period of time. 1 Photoconductor drum 3. Gently pull out the media. 1 Fuser 2 Roller CAUTION: Avoid touching the fuser; it may be hot! 4. If the media is jammed tightly behind the roller, or if you cannot get a grip on it, close the cover, open 5.
