Drive and OS Compatibility Matrix
To function properly, drives installed in a Dell EMC PowerStore appliance require that the appliance be running the
minimum required revision of the PowerStore Operating Software (OS). This document lists the drive part numbers
supported for PowerStore appliances and the minimum software revisions required for each, if applicable.
Note
: Dell EMC PowerStore appliances use their own unique drive part numbers and ordering models. Moving or using
expansion enclosures and/or drives from legacy storage products is not supported at this time.
